Today Esther Yaa (my work mate) made my day when she narrated to me the history of my original name. Here is the account:
'"Nahshon" is the name of a captain of the tribe of Judah. According to the Jewish tradition, he was the first man who entered the Red Sea during the Exodus. Therefore, "Nahshon" is used as an appellation of a brave person who goes first in spite of any danger.'
